| In 1994, Newton Commercial was heavily involved with Paddy Hopkirk’s Mini Cooper “S” which was entered in the Monte Carlo Rally. Although the car just failed to finish the Rally after fan belt failure, the resulting public and media interest in the whole project was amazing.We thought it was the right time to develop our range of Monte Carlo trim kits to celebrate this car. We have based the whole seat and trim panel design on the Mini Cooper “S” that Paddy won his first Monte Carlo Rally in 1964. We have adapted the trim panels to fit cars built from 1975 to 1980. This kit only contains a pair of door panels and a pair of rear quarter panels which will replace worn or torn panels and will brighten up your interior again. |

| The door panels are held to the door by plastic clips which can be released easily. Either retain the old clips or new ones are available from us. The rear quarter panels just slide into place and do not need any fixings. Trimming "Trick"---You will have to fix the top of this panel under a metal lip - if it will not go under the lip, smear a little "Swarfega" along the top of the panel-this will help it slide under the lip. You can then wipe the Swarfega off with a damp cloth. |
