The original carpets did not fit very well, so we have taken the opportunity to modify the original design, to make them easy to fit and last longer.Our 3 piece kit includes the two main moulded footwell pieces and a matching rear bulkhead mat that fits behind the seats. | On these models, there is a 6 piece sound deadening kit under the moulded footwells.Most MGF's leak water, so before ordering your new carpet, may we suggest that peel your original carpet away from the bodywork in front and behind the seats to inspect for water damage to these insulation pieces. We can offer you a new insulation kit if required. (Part no. CK8011) | To fit these carpets, you will need to remove the seats, the rear "T" bar and cubby boxes. It is not necessary to remove any of the centre console section. Phew!! A Torx no. 50 spanner, a Philips, a flat screwdriver and some contact adhesive are the only items you require to fit this set. We estimate a fitting time of no longer than 3 hours to complete the job. |
